A cafe for the students by the students; 'Cafe Aryana' inaugurated at CT Campus

Adding another feather to its cap, CT Group of Institutions has started an In-House café at its Shahpur campus named ‘Café Aryana’.


The Café mainly aims to provide students a platform to continually fine-tune their culinary skills with the objective of developing talent in their area of expertise, improving their capabilities to work as a team and raising their self confidence.


Mr. Rohit Sarin (Principal, CT Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology) said, “We introduce ourselves as one of the pioneer group of institutions in the field of education in northern region. We have organized Chef of Punjab-2014, Chef-De-Jalandhar, Master Chef, Food Fiesta and many more such events at large scale and successfully running In house Bakery as our Corporate Social Responsibility and to provide practical learning experiences for our students.”


He said, “The Cafe aims to develop talent of students in the area of expertise, improve their capabilities to work as a team and raising their self confidence in interacting with fellow students and peers.”


Mr. Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions) informed that the institute has started an In-House café at our Shahpur campus named ‘CaféAryana’ which is after the name of Baby Aryana, the granddaughter of S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions) that stands for ‘Nobel’. 


Mr. Singh said, “Students who are aspirants to be future professional Chefs are looking forward to experience new technical development with the field of hotel management, as it also gives them a chance to explore and practice their ideas in an entirely new ambience. Apart from this, the café promises to serve healthy and delicious food to the students and society.”
